Toyota Insurance Comprehensive Motor Vehicle policy includes cover for accidental loss, damage and liability for property damage, providing peace of mind with convenient and hassle free protection in case the unexpected happens.
Motor Vehicle Insurance may be purchased at any time. You can switch and enjoy the features and benefits offered by Toyota Insurance and even carry over your no claims bonus protection from a previous insurer.
For your convenience, you can choose to pay in monthly instalments or annually.
As a Toyota vehicle owner you can protect yourself once your Toyota warranty ends whether you bought the car new or used from Northpoint Toyota.

So long as your Toyota vehicle is still within its original 36 month warranty and has travelled less than 90,000km, you are eligible to enjoy the benefits that a Toyota Insurance Factory Approved Extended Warranty has to offer.
The Toyota Insurance Factory Approved Extended Warranty policy provides cover for the repair or replacement of any Toyota component defective in materials or workmanship under normal operation and use. A Quality Repair Guarantee is provided on all authorised repairs for the period of the policy.
Factory Approved Extended Warranty Insurance also includes additional benefits such as towing, accommodation and hire car expenses and Toyota Insurance excess reimbursement, with a choice of 1, 2 and 3 year coverage options, capped at 100,000kms or 150,000kms.
This product is designed to protect you if you purchase a new Toyota vehicle, or already own a Toyota still within the new vehicle warranty. If you have a used or non-Toyota vehicle we have other warranty options designed specifically for these needs.
Even if your vehicle is not a Toyota you can still extend your manufacturer's new vehicle warranty for up to 3 years with our Extended Warranty Insurance^ policy. The Toyota Insurance Extended Warranty policy can be purchased on vehicles up to 3 years old which have travelled less than 90,000kms.

Outlined below are the two types of finance-related insurance we offer.
If your new vehicle becomes a total loss, there may be a 'gap' between the amount your comprehensive insurer pays you and the outstanding balance on your vehicle finance contract. You may also incur extra costs associated with the purchase of your replacement vehicle. In these circumstances, Finance Gap Insurance helps to protect you from significant financial loss and personal inconvenience.
Depending on the option chosen, Finance Gap Insurance provides up to $30,000 for the 'gap' between the amount your comprehensive insurer pays you and the amount owed to your financier. It also provides
up to $4,000 for extra costs and up to $750 for the payment of finance establishment fees when your replacement vehicle is financed with Toyota Finance.^
With a simple one-off premium, Finance Gap Insurance covers you for the duration of your finance contract.
You have a choice of 4 cover options:
Option 1: Up to $30,000 'gap' and up to $4,000 additional expenses
Option 2: Up to $15,000 'gap' and up to $4,000 additional expenses
Option 3: Up to $10,000 'gap' and up to $2,000 additional expenses
Option 4: Up to $10,000 'gap' and up to $1,000 additional expenses
If you're off work for a length of time due to illness or accidental injury, or following involuntary redundancy, our Finance Protection Insurance policy is designed to help. It assists you in meeting your finance contract repayments up to the maximum cover amount you've chosen1.
Depending upon your circumstances, Finance Protection Insurance can help you to1:
If your claim is accepted, you can choose to terminate your finance contract and hand back your vehicle. We will pay any outstanding payment amount less the vehicle net sale price, less any arrears due on your finance contract subject to the remaining maximum cover amount you choose.
