Stefan rang to check I was OK with all the new buttons and controls. He made me work my way through all of the processes including ringing out and receiving calls. He kept it light and breezy as I was quiet nervous and made me feel at home. I have enjoyed the whole experience and the car just glides along beautifully.

Fantastic. Will recommend to friends and family. I got to pick the car up earlier than i first expected and he helped me set up my bluetooth. I was given chocolates as a gift and got to pick my car up from inside the showroom. I felt very special.

Northpoint Toyota have been able to put the 'fun' back into purchasing a new car. I have had several new cars in the past and all have had issues. We have found the team we dealt with at Northpoint to be genuine and respectful and went out of their way to ensure our purchase was painless. Caradean was an excellent salesman who demonstrated enthusiasm and knowledge of the product and was able to transfer his enthusiasm to us. Vince made me feel relaxed - I went armed with the checklist of requirements for the Toyota finance and with a few clicks of the keys my request was approved. I normally don`t `upsize` either but went with the paint protection. I will be servicing my car through Northpoint on it`s extended warranty and if the service department is anything like the sales side we should have a long and happy relationship. I`ve even encouraged my partner to look at getting our Land Cruiser serviced through Northpoint.
